I said it once, I’ll say it again… I wasn’t aware the geek hierarchy was something someone strives to top, lol.

But to be honest when I first saw it I thought it wasn’t quite a joke and I do recall thinking, “I thought hierarchies were a major part of what’s wrong with this world, you’d think geeks would be smart enough to… oh wait… it’s a parody… nevermind… guess I’m not smart either.”

I always understood the joke to be, if you took the hierarchy seriously, you were part of the joke.
