Thanks!

The last three episodes (or so) have really started to change my mind on how good the show is. I've been impressed.

I agree, Joe. You're doing a great job. I feel as if the series is slowly winning you over. I loved these two episodes:

1. We see how the "world" is responding, especially the American government outside of this small team of FBI. You get all the theories, and then you get theirs, which next to the parade of theories, sounds implausible. But I like Clemente, sure of herself, even though she doesn't believe the visions, we know that there's a good chance, oh my, she'll be President.

2. A positive gay relationship. Sure, Maya does the post-Blackout version of googling her date, but I loved the reveal that Hawk was a lesbian. Kudos for Flashforward for putting this in the series. Strong supporting character. And this complicates what would have been perhaps a single obstacle to her pregnancy (no boyfriend).

3. The development of these underground places, more revealed in the latest episode "The Gift," of people who think they won't survive and are already ghosts--the Blue Hand. So plausible that this would happen. I wonder if this is Sawyer's genius we're seeing, or ABC's writers....

4. The scene you mentioned when it all comes together for Benford, Olivia and the guy. I wondered how long we could play the "I saw him at work" game without all these secrets coming out. And here we have a lot of secrets coming out, and a high tension scene where OLivia just propels her future forward without thinking--throwing out Benford is stupid.

5. I didn't believe the agents were faster than that rocketlauncher...too convinced by the opening shot that we had just lost everyone in our lead group.... they ain't that fast... but I'll forgive the show.

6. By now, you have seen "The GIft" and know that futures can be changed...this is shocking. As if death is the only way you can change the future... but still it is a great gift. Looking forward to seeing what you make of this latest episode.

I love the intelligence of this series and the respect it has of its audience. Thank you, ABC.
