Wow! Excellent and imaginative job on a subject handled from a very unique and intriguing viewpoint.

I don’t think your parents and I really ever considered ourselves “hippies.” Rather, if we thought about it at all, we felt we were more fellow travelers in a very strange land. From the moment I first encountered your father, I knew he was something special . . . someone from a whole other dementia, so-to-speak. As you know, we bonded in some rather “constrained” circumstances, and the lives of the two of us and our families have been intertwined ever since in a continuing surreal, metaphysical metaphor.

Keep up the most excellent work.

This could so easily be a fine “literary” piece about mothers/daughters but you added the naga which (happily) places it here, thankyou. And now when I go down a hotel corridor and see a do-not-disturb sign the naga will come to mind.
