Marika Bailey is an Afro-Caribbean author and illustrator. Her work has previously appeared in FIYAH Magazine, Strange Horizons, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and Apparition Lit. A childhood obsession with mythology led to her current habit of writing stories. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and the softest cat in the world.
